Ready to Book?
We’ve updated a few things around here – say hello to our new online booking experience!
- If you’re a current client, you’ll be logging into your newly created NBB client account using your email. First time only, hit “Forgot Password” to set your password. Once you’re logged in to Meevo, you’ll be able to see your future appointments, book new appointments, or make changes by navigating to the Appointments tab on your account profile. Past appointments will not be visible but other than that you’ll be all set. So easy!
- If you are a new client (hello and welcome!), you’ll be creating an account as part of your booking process.
What you need to know about booking with us:
- Since we don’t do the whole robe or wrap thing, please dress comfortably for your facial and skip the turtleneck
- A valid credit card is required to securely reserve your appointment, nothing will be charged at the time you book
- With the exception of gratuities, we are cashless. All services and products need to be paid via credit, debit or gift card.
- You must be 18+ or be accompanied by an adult to receive any NBB service
- Out of respect for our estheticians, please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours ahead.
- You can cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment by logging into your client account and navigating to the “Appointments” tab of your profile. If you need to cancel the day before, please call or text us.
- Canceling or rescheduling on the day of your appointment will result in a change fee charge equal to 50% of your booked service(s)
- No shows will be charged in full
