Here’s the low down
- Since we don’t do the whole robe or wrap thing, please dress comfortably for your facial and skip the turtleneck
- A valid credit card is required to securely reserve your appointment, nothing will be charged at the time you book
- You must be 18+ or be accompanied by an adult to receive any NBB service
- Out of respect for our estheticians, please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours ahead.
- You will receive an email confirmation at the time of booking. Please save this email – at the the bottom is a link you can use to cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you need to cancel the day before, please call or text us.
- Canceling or rescheduling on the day of your appointment will result in a change fee charge equal to 50% of your booked service(s)
- No shows will be charged in full
