Covid-19 – Conscious Commitments
Our commitment to you
- All employees will perform a daily symptom assessment
- A thirty-minute buffer will be blocked between appointments to allow for cleaning and disinfecting treatment areas, common spaces, touch surfaces and ventilating the building
- Employees will wear masks and wash hands according to CDC guidelines before and after every service
- Linen will be completely stripped and all touchpoints and products in the room will be likewise be cleaned and disinfected between each client
- Priority booking will be given to members of at-risk populations for the first appointment of each regular business day
- A contactless checkout procedure will be available and is recommended for all transactions
- Facial rooms will be disinfected daily using a UV/ozone unit
- The studio will be deep cleaned weekly using CDC best practices
Your commitment to us
Masks are required. If you do not have one, one will be provided for you.
- If you are not feeling well, are running a fever, or are in any other way symptomatic, please cancel or reschedule your appointment. You will have up to four hours prior to your appointment time to do so without being charged for a late cancellation. If you arrive for your appointment and appear to be symptomatic, please be aware that we are required to ask that you not enter the premises
- Please wait in your car or on the front porch until you’ve been asked to enter the building
- You will be asked to wash your hands prior to the start of your service
- Only clients with appointments will be allowed in the establishment for their service; unless accompanied by a caregiver
